Over the past 15+ years, I’ve built and optimized call centers, sales teams, and leadership structures by combining process-driven systems, smart use of technology, and proven leadership development.

I’ve built call centers from the ground up—mapping workflows, designing tech stacks, and leveraging CRM, dialer, and performance-tracking platforms to streamline operations.
